Because it was so cold and rainy the past couple of days, we got some major snow in our mountains here. I took this with my little point and shoot on the way to the grocery store. The foothills below it were on fire last October if any of you saw those pictures I took.

My most favorite weather ever! I love when it rains. If it dies down a little bit, maybe I’ll go out and take some photos! Wet stuff is always prettier.

Dear Santa,
I’ve been a good girl this year. I’ve also had a tough year. I lost my job in July and haven’t been able to find another one. But in the meantime, I have tried to focus on making Chelsea Taylor Photography better known and get my business rolling. My whole neighborhood now knows where to get their photos from. I made fliers and put them on everyone’s door on my street and on the next street over. It was hot a day, too.
If you feel so inclined to leave me a gift on Christmas morning, here are some things I’ve been dreaming about:

On Black Friday, Travis ordered my Christmas present. FedEx dropped the package off on Wednesday. Are you dying to know what it is yet? IT’S MY NEW EEE PC!!! Wednesday was the happiest day of my life! ha ha ha. I have wanted a laptop for years and was never able to get one. But Asus makes a mini laptop and sells them for cheaper than normal size ones. That plus Black Friday and I now have my very own mini laptop! It already has a name, Lil’ Lappy. I bring it with me everywhere! I am blogging on it from my living room right now.

Meet John, my 7-month old new best friend. He is the cutest baby on earth! He’s Travis’ nephew. And he loved Fisher. Fisher made sure that the baby was okay at all times. He didn’t like when men held him, either, ha ha.
Thanksgiving was great! Travis’ sister’s family came and stayed at our house for the week and we went over to his mom’s for dinner. Mmm, I love me some Thanksgiving foods!
